Greg Barber has made a career of startups within news organizations.

After a stint growing the digital side of the PBS NewsHour, he’s spent 11 years at The Washington Post, helping to create and develop products including the Express newspaper as its deputy editor, Trove and Washington Post Social Reader as managing editor of WaPo Labs, and now the new digital community partnership with The New York Times and Mozilla as The Post’s director of digital news projects.
